This Acceptable Use Policy governs The Customer’s use of the AI video generation service provided by S.A.T.D LTD through vidtrixia.com ("The Service"). By accessing or using The Service, The Customer agrees to comply with the terms of this AUP, which are incorporated into the main Terms and Conditions.
1. PROHIBITED CONTENT
The Customer must not use The Service to generate, upload, transmit, or otherwise distribute any Input Materials or Output that includes the following prohibited content:
1.1. Illegal Content
Content that promotes, facilitates, or is involved in illegal acts, crimes, or violates the laws of Cyprus, the European Union, or any jurisdiction to which The Customer is subject.
Content that encourages or facilitates the use of illegal drugs, weapons, or other illegal substances or activities.
1.2. Hateful and Discriminatory Content
Content that promotes or incites hatred, discrimination, or violence against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, age, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, or veteran status.
1.3. Explicit and Non-Consensual Sexual Content
Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or content depicting the abuse or exploitation of minors.
Non-Consensual Sexual Imagery (NCSI), including revenge pornography.
Content depicting explicit sexual violence, non-consensual sexual acts, or material promoting prostitution.
1.4. Highly Offensive and Harassing Content
Content that is grossly offensive, profane, or designed to harass, stalk, bully, defame, or intimidate an individual or group.
Content that discloses private or sensitive personal information of others without explicit consent (doxing).
1.5. Violent and Self-Harm Content
Content depicting gratuitous or extreme violence, gore, or suffering without legitimate artistic or journalistic context.
Content that promotes or glorifies self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders.
1.6. Intellectual Property Infringement
Content that infringes upon the copyright, trademark, moral rights, privacy rights, or publicity rights of any third party. The Customer must refer to the Copyright Policy for specific responsibilities regarding Input Materials.
1.7. Deceptive and Misinformation Content
Content that promotes fraudulent schemes, phishing, or misleading information intended to deceive or harm others.
The creation of "deepfakes" or manipulated media that impersonates public figures or individuals without clearly and conspicuously disclosing that the content is AI-generated and fictional.
2. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
The Customer must not engage in any of the following activities in connection with The Service:
System Abuse: Accessing, tampering with, or using non-public areas of The Service, or attempting to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the system or network, or breaching any security measures.
Reverse Engineering: Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the underlying AI models, software, or algorithms of The Service.
Mass Scraping/Bulk Use: Using automated methods (such as bots, crawlers, or scrapers) to access, generate videos, or extract data from The Service in a way that places an unreasonable load on The Company's infrastructure.
Unauthorized Resale: Selling, reselling, or leasing access to The Service or any portion of the Output to a third party, except where the Output is incorporated into a distinct end product (e.g., a commercial film or advertisement).
Circumvention: Using any method to circumvent the Token payment system, bypass usage limits, or hide The Customer's identity or location.
3. CONTENT MONITORING AND ENFORCEMENT
3.1. Right to Monitor: The Company reserves the right, but has no obligation, to review, screen, filter, and monitor all Input Materials and Output generated by The Customer for compliance with this AUP.
3.2. Right to Refuse or Remove: The Company may, at its sole discretion and without notice, refuse to generate, delete, or remove any Input Materials or Output that it deems to violate this AUP or the Terms and Conditions.
3.3. Suspension and Termination: Violation of this AUP may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of The Customer's account, forfeiture of any remaining Tokens, and reporting to relevant legal authorities, as appropriate.
4. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless The Company and its directors, agents, and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of The Customer's violation of this AUP or The Customer's violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
