Copyright and Intellectual Property Policy

Effective Date: October 28, 2025

This Policy governs the intellectual property (IP) rights and ownership related to the use of the AI video generation service provided by S.A.T.D LTD, registered under HE 404591, through vidtrixia.com (“The Service”).

1. Ownership of Input Materials

1.1. Customer Input IP: The Customer retains all intellectual property rights and ownership of the text prompts, images, source videos, music, and other materials submitted to the Service (“Input Materials”).

1.2. License to The Company: By submitting Input Materials, The Customer grants The Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, and fully paid license to use, reproduce, modify, and process the Input Materials solely for the purpose of operating the Service, generating the requested video, and improving The Company’s AI models as detailed in the Privacy Policy. This license terminates when the Input Materials are deleted or purged.

1.3. Input Warranty: The Customer warrants that they possess all rights and permissions to submit the Input Materials and that such materials do not infringe upon third-party IP rights. The Customer is solely responsible for verifying the legality of the Input Materials.

2. Ownership of AI-Generated Output

2.1. Assignment of Rights: Upon full payment and compliance with these Terms, The Company assigns all rights, title, and interest in the final AI-Generated Video (“Output”) to The Customer.

2.2. Commercial Rights: The Customer is granted a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute the Output for any purpose, including commercial uses (e.g., YouTube monetization, film, and advertising).

2.3. Exceptions: This assignment does not apply if The Customer’s account is terminated for breach of the Terms (e.g., non-payment or prohibited use).

3. Intellectual Property Risk and Disclaimer

3.1. AI Generation Limitations: The Customer acknowledges that AI models operate based on data patterns and that the Output may inadvertently resemble existing copyrighted works.

3.2. Customer Responsibility: The Customer assumes all risk and liability for public or commercial use of the Output and must ensure that their use complies with copyright, privacy, and publicity laws.

3.3. No Warranty of Non-Infringement: The Company disclaims all warranties regarding non-infringement and is not responsible for any claims, losses, or damages arising from The Customer’s use of the Output.

4. Company Intellectual Property

4.1. Retention of Core IP: The Company retains all rights in and to the Service, including AI models, algorithms, software, and documentation (“Company IP”).

4.2. No Transfer of IP: This Policy does not transfer any Company IP rights to The Customer; only a non-exclusive license to use the Service is granted.

5. Copyright Infringement Notices (DMCA/EU Equivalent)

5.1. Reporting Infringement: The Company respects the IP rights of others. Anyone who believes their copyright has been infringed by content on the Service should email a written notice to info@vidtrixia.com.

5.2. Notice Requirements: The notification must include:

- A physical or electronic signature of the rights owner or authorized agent;

- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;

- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and its location;

- Contact information for the claimant.

5.3. Takedown and Response: Upon receipt of a valid notice, The Company will comply with legal obligations, which may include removing or disabling access to the material.
