Return and Refund Policy

This Policy governs the terms and conditions under which refunds, returns, or exchanges may be issued by S.A.T.D LTD (hereinafter "the Company") to The Customer for the purchase of Tokens on the vidtrixia.com service ("The Service").

1. General Principles

1.1. Nature of Tokens: Tokens purchased through the Service are proprietary, non-monetary digital service credits, consumed immediately upon initiation of an AI generation task.

1.2. No Satisfaction Guarantee: The Company does not guarantee that AI-generated outputs will meet the Customer's expectations. Token consumption is based on task initiation, not output quality.

1.3. General Rule: All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as outlined in Section 3.

2. EU Right of Withdrawal Waiver (Digital Content)

2.1. Right of Withdrawal: Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU), consumers generally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason.

2.2. Explicit Waiver: By completing the purchase, the Customer explicitly requests immediate performance and acknowledges the loss of the 14-day withdrawal right upon token crediting.

2.3. Used Tokens: Tokens consumed in any AI generation task are non-refundable.

2.4. Account Closure: Upon account closure by either party, unused Tokens are forfeited and non-refundable.

3. Exceptional Refund Circumstances

The Company may, at its sole discretion, grant a refund only in the following limited cases:

3.1. Payment Processing Error: If Tokens were paid for but not credited due to a verified technical error, or the Customer was double-charged.

3.2. Legal Obligation: If required by a competent court in Cyprus or the EU.

3.3. Refund for Unused Tokens: Possible only within 30 days of purchase for non-promotional packages, minus the value of consumed Tokens.

4. Refund Procedure

4.1. Request Submission: Refund requests must be sent via email to info@vidtrixia.com within 15 days of the transaction. Include:

- Full name and account details

- Order ID or transaction number

- Date and amount of transaction

- Detailed explanation of the reason

4.2. Review and Verification: The Company will verify the request within 7–14 business days, possibly requiring supporting evidence.

4.3. Refund Issuance: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Processing times depend on the Customer’s financial institution.
